Privacy by Design Workshop

Can Engineers and Organizations do it?

The participation in the workshop is free but requires registration

Much of the effort around translating privacy insights from academia into practices has focused on the idea of “privacy-by-design” (PbD), which calls to integrate privacy into the technical design process from start to finish. The workshop will bring together scholars from various fields of knowledge, such as law, regulation, computer science, and information systems, as well as policy-makers and practitioners from the industry, to discuss the ability of technology designers to implement PbD and possible avenues for its successful future.
